WebXR is a browser API for building virtual and augmented reality experiences that run directly on the web, without installing a native app. It handles device tracking, input, and stereo rendering for VR headsets and AR-capable phones.
WebXR lets a streamed 3D asset move from a flat web viewer into an immersive headset or AR session using the same URL. Combined with 3D streaming, it delivers high-fidelity spatial content to XR devices without the storage and build overhead of native apps.
